I don’t think there will be a verdict rendered in time, unless it’s one where the Jury takes five minutes. More likely, we’ll see a mistrial declared which would be almost the same thing with about the same amount of gasoline.

I’ve appeared before various female judges and male judges. Women judges do NOT corner the market on hissy fits and tantrums. Any judge who has more ego than maturity can act like a b#tch.
I've almost come to the conclusion that this trial could set the whole country ablaze, and be the catalyst that kicks off CWII. This thing is that hot.

Before Obama was elected, I had a discussion with a “Latin” Coworker when I noticed he had the Obama Election Website up on his Computer.
I tried to inform his of who and what he was supporting, using factual information regarding Obama’s history, belief systems and empty Socialist inspired promises.
His reaction? Oh, those are YOUR facts.
This is what we are dealing with and the Liberal Black population is ten times worse.

It’s a jury trial. No one could answer that question. The defense did say earlier they thought they would rest on Wed. with closing statements on Thurs.-Fri. Then to they jury.
After todays fiasco, who knows what will happen.
Thanks for the info...I never saw Lester presiding over any of this...although I have been watching the trial since day one with Nelson...my “socks basket” has gotten a workout...throwing them at the TV and hollering over her lips being stuck to the arse of the prosecution...and that little prosecutor, Richard Mantei, (Bernie de la Rionda’s mini me) grrrrrrrrrr...someone needs to wipe the snarky little smirk off his face!
My opinion is judge Debbie was getting very frustrated She’s between BaRock and a hard place. Partly by her own fault but mostly because the state has manipulated her ( why she trying so hard to be in charge)
She felt her lack of control boiling up and exited just before she broke down in front of national cameras
I don’t know. She looked conflicted to me during the video hearing. Disconnected during the pros rambling to the point of cutting them off, to ask MoM questions.
I think there’s a very good chance the video will be seen by the jury. It appeared the main issue with the video was the part showing TM striking GZ because there had been no clear testimony whether it was left handed or right. IMO it’s equally effective with that removed.
I believe the "judge" can declare a mistrial at any time. This one is not likely to, but may eventually be forced to.
At some point the "judge" is going to have to ask MOM what relief he seeks for one of these mistakes, and it's either mistrial or stipulate and move on. Here comes the part that requires hard thought: If he's certain (imbued with some magical thought reading?) there is enough to acquit right now, he doesn't need the additional evidence and he can just punt it. Or, he can claim it's impossible to redeem the case without it and request the mistrial.
I hate the idea of a mistrial because Zimmerman is not likely to have the same excellent Defense team. I'm thinking of he Menendez brothers, accused of killing their parents in CA. The first trial ended up a hung jury, but they didn't have the same hotshot Lawyers in the second trial and they lost. An imperfect analogy, granted because the Menendez bros where as guilty as a dog eating crap. But you get the idea. It'd be like having to trade Cousin Vinnie for the idiot Public Defender.
