Elisabeth Hasselbeck is leaving ABC’s “The View” and taking a role as a co-host on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Fox News announced and “The View” confirmed. “I have been a long-time fan of ‘Fox & Friends’ and am excited to be joining their team in September as it is an honor to call the Fox News Channel my new television home,” Hasselbeck said in a written Fox News Channel announcement. Hasselbeck joined “The View” as a co-host in November 2003. Her interviews on the show have included President Obama, Sen. John McCain, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former presidents Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, according to her biography on “The View’s” website. Prior to “The View,” Hasselbeck was known to TV audiences for reaching the final four on the second season of “Survivor.”

I don’t dislike Gretchen, but that sow was so Kuch better in the beginning with E.D. Hill and the two guys Gretchen is ok, and their Chemistry has definitely gotten better with time, but I’ve never watched regularly during this era.
Hmm. My guess: Gretchen Carlson to take the time slot that Megan Kelly had.......Megan Kelly to have her own evening time slot - hopefully giving O’Reilly the ‘ole boot!
The article says that Carlson is leaving to have her own afternoon show that will start in September. The last time the female co-host left Fox & Friends to have her own afternoon show, it didn’t go well.
She's not running for office. I'll take her over whoopie pie, baba wawa and whoever else is on that show.

Perfect chemistry if you like idiocy. The husband still DVRs and watches that show, unfortunately, which is the only reason that I know that they spent a fairly long time this morning promoting a new reality show featuring the mother of Kim Kardashian.
