On Tuesday, Georgetown University Professor Michael Eric Dyson told MSNBC’s Martin Bashir that he believes, if the racial distinctions were reversed in the case against George Zimmerman for the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin, the public’s reaction to the cases would be dramatically different. He added that the “George Zimmermans of the world continue to get away” with “the killing of our children” without facing justice.
Dyson began by lamenting the course of court proceedings in which, he said, Martin was “dying again the death of a thousand qualifications, which is what our legal system is about.”
“I don’t have much faith in the processes here, because it doesn’t really speak — they don’t really speak to the issues that are being raised here,” he continued.
Dyson said that, if Zimmerman is acquitted of murder charges, “then the children of poor and people of color in this country do not have the same quality of justice as given to those who are able to muster up resources and defend themselves against such a charge.”
Dyson said that Zimmerman was only arrested and charged in the first due to the public “outcry,” leaving him with little hope that a jury would find him guilty. “Part of the moral victory was getting him into the courtroom to be subject to criminal proceedings to begin with,” Dyson added.....

If the children mentioned were able to keep from attacking others then the children would not be dying. If Martin had gone home rather than attack Zimmerman he’d be alive today.
What do you think is gonna happen after this case ? If found not guilty the DOJ & U.S. Attorney’s are gonna try him for “violating Trayvon Martins “Civil Rights”.
The system is not interested in justice but is a means of social control used by the political class for political reasons your rights are negotiable as far as the politicians (judges are lawyers who are friends of politicians & therefore are also political) are concerned you are expendable , if raping your rights/throwing you under the bus keeps the apple cart from being tipped over they will gladly do it.
Black teenagers are killing black teenagers. Don’t blame the innocent people who aren’t killing anybody, and aren’t interested in killing anybody.
If any of these racists were white and this had been about Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman... can anyone imagine the riots and murders that would be ongoing right now?

Per DOJ stats, between 1976-2005 blacks were 12% of the US population yet account ed for 52.2% of all homicides committed.

Also, Trayvon was in fact not drinking iced tea as is put forth by every media outlet. He was drinking WATERMELON juice, yet because of negative historical connotations, this FACT is never mentioned.
If the races were reversed that would mean a White Hispanic was looking into windows and a black neighborhood watch volunteer “watched” him and the White Hispanic knocked the crap out of him then the black guy shot him. What are the odds?

When you get into a liberal cause celebre such as this case, do you reach a point at which facts don’t matter? Liberals will cry racism and all that if they don’t get their desired verdict. It doesn’t matter to them that facts may get in the way of a liberal viewpoint.
The black community knows the truth in their hearts, but it is a truth so frightening to them that it must be suppressed. They are running out of excuses. They are being cornered by reality. Zimmerman has to be guilty. Because if he's not, then who is? Who is it that has kept them living in fear? Who is it that has led them to kill each other at frightening percentages? They see the walls closing in, and those walls are mirrors. They are getting glimpses of who has enslaved them, but they will not accept it, for it could destroy the entire foundation on which they have built their society for the last 60 years. Are they going to allow that to happen? Not a chance. Better to destroy the whole world than to allow that glimmer of truth to ever see the light of day.
I assume, without reading the article, that Dyson is black. He would seem to be speaking tribally or leftly, Pretty much the same thing. The outlook is Us vs. Them and has nothing to do with the rights or wrongs of the situation between two Individuals. It was a confrontation between one of Us and one of Them. “Justice” is when We win and They lose.
