That explains why they are working so hard to abolish "legal weapons" and "private property".

Yet it’s AOK for local “police” and the DHS to have APC “rescue vehicles”.

I saw one of these tanks in a local 4th parade and it angered me to no end. There is no reason for a local police department to have a tank.

how did jouch come to a determination it is excessive force? What excessive force has actually been used to this point?

Jouch is really a democrat. If you follow WI state politics he likes to be the McCain of the WI state senators here.
