"No one in their right mind can justify the excessive force."Carrying a legal weapon on private property is "excessive force" apparently.

Carrying a legal weapon on private property is "excessive force" apparently.
That explains why they are working so hard to abolish "legal weapons" and "private property".

Yet it’s AOK for local “police” and the DHS to have APC “rescue vehicles”.
I saw one of these tanks in a local 4th parade and it angered me to no end. There is no reason for a local police department to have a tank.

how did jouch come to a determination it is excessive force? What excessive force has actually been used to this point?
Jouch is really a democrat. If you follow WI state politics he likes to be the McCain of the WI state senators here.

Force has not been used how can it be excessive?
Capability is not force
