Congressional Democrats are drawing a firm line in the immigration debate: No reform without a path to citizenship.

The four Democratic members of the Senate Gang of Eight pressed that point to their House counterparts in a closed-door meeting Tuesday morning, and attendees made it clear that without a pathway to citizenship, immigration reform won’t happen.

Bonehead will give the cheap labor pimps, Rinos and Democrats what they
want! Bonehead is bought and paid for by cheap labor pimps. If he does
he should be ousted from his non- leadership position, tarred and feathered.
The same goes for Cantor, McCarthy and McConnell.

“Congressional Democrats are drawing a firm line in the immigration debate: No reform without a path to citizenship.”

For certain, if they agree to amnesty the GOP will never win another presidential election. Why is it hard for the GOP to say “no” to this “firm line” and walk away? The low info voters, who don’t rate this issue highly, won’t punish them, and Hispanics will never support them.

The fix is in.

Paul Ryan is running around twisting Republican arms in the House to vote for the Senate bill.

And Ryan seriously contended during the Presidential election that he and Romney were the conservative alternative to Obama?

And it’s clear that GOP establishment tool John McCain is just Obama lite.

Now W. Bush is on a national tour to promote the so-called immigration reform bill.

The Republican national leaders are so pathetic I really could care less whether Dems win the White House, and I reject any notion that the Republicans are the lesser of the two evils.

I want to see a Tea Party as an independent party, and not some marginalized faction within the Republican Party.

For republicans, the path to flipping the bird to the democrats is a MUST. (Small letters intended for both of these idiotic, sleazy, septic Obamastuff slime parties).

It’s that or extinction, repulsicans.

Choose.

The Republicans are too stupid to see Bonehead for what he is. Making a change now is too late. America is headed for a dictatorship with the communists controlling it.

“I want to see a Tea Party as an independent party, and not some marginalized faction within the Republican Party.”

Or maybe it’s best to stay in the party, and keep running real conservatives against RINOs in the primaries, and assemble a growing coalition of folks like Cruz and Paul.

Obama is busy signing up all the illegals for Obamacare without any identification or proof of eligibility, so that it will be nearly impossible to prevent full and immediate amnesty anyway.

the question not being asked is how many of these illegals actually WANT us citizenship? are they willing to jump through all those hoops when they’re getting what they want already...

a good indicator would be to find out how many took advantage of reagan’s amnesty program back in the day...

Regardless what some on FR think of Romney, he would have saved the Constitution and got America back on a economic track to return some sense of restoration. Why they could not see the difference between King Obama and Romney I can not understand. Most Americans are fools when it comes to keeping America a conservative Constitutional land and free. Now we have lost our chance and we will suffer for many years.

No immigration reform is necessary. Current US immigration law addresses the procedure for every lawful entry by any potential immigrant. The problems are with the unlawful entry and the willful administration failing to administer duly-passed US laws.

Granting citizenship to these lawbreakers is precisely the same thing as giving the spoils from a bank robbery to the robber and opening an account for him in the very same branch with that same money.

It isn’t a path to citizenship the Democrats want, it’s a clear path to the voting booth, where the entitlement Hispanics will vote for Democrats.

Are the Republicans really so stupid they cannot see that?

I am betting they are.

Stop this bill or none of what comes after will matter a hill of beans.

Romeny was a northeastern Liberal. Can you not see there was not much that wasn’t like Chris Christie or Charlie Christ or Marco Rubio with Romney?

There is a path to citizenship already. They can apply for entry from their home country. See how easy it is to resolve?
