Witness is now explaining inter-cranial injuries will kill you. Banging on concrete CAN kill. The injury internally is far more serious than bruising on the outside of the head. This is good stuff for George. IF you have sufficient force to get a scalp laceration it is hard enough to kill. Oh, boy. This witness is a fountain of good stuff for the defense and far more believable than the state’s forgetful ME.
