Tried to....He asked a witness to help restrain Tray...I’d say the elbows remained bent throughout his attempt to get the arms out.

That could be 60 seconds or so, and in this case, it was just a 9 mm hole to the ventricle. So at least I don’t perceive it to be a problem.
