This thread is unfair. What did Teresa Heinz ever do to any of you to deserve this verbal treatment? By all accounts, she's a good woman who suffered tragedy in her life, and has lived it well and generously with the fortune she received.
Keep in mind that if John Kerry had beaten GWB for that second term, he might well have lost to a conservative 'pub for a second term. Instead of Kerry, we've got two terms of Obama.
