Which is why we have a system built upon laws, where Justice is supposed to be blind to things like emotion and decisions on things such as guilt/innocence made on the basis of objective fact and logical reasoning.
This guy may not have intended it, but he's just made the case FOR the kind of trial I think we're seeing. We'll know for sure, once the verdict is rendered ...
