No pressure on House Republicans to tackle immigration reform (Boehner Amnesty conference July 10!)
The Hill ^ | 7/3/13 | Russell Berman

House Republicans aren’t feeling pressure to tackle comprehensive immigration reform — not from the Senate, not from the business and religious communities and not from the many GOP-aligned groups backing the effort.

From Karl Rove to Jeb Bush to Grover Norquist, an array of Republican heavyweights have called on the House GOP to embrace immigration reform.

-snip-

At the behest of the Speaker , the House is taking a more deliberate, methodical approach to immigration reform than the Senate and will begin in earnest with a special meeting of the Republican Conference on July 10.

Boehner will show his hand on July 10th! Call your Rep first thing tomorrow morning and tell him/her to tell Boehner not to bring any form of an Amnesty Bill to the floor! The clock is ticking!

At the behest of the Speaker, the House is taking a more deliberate, methodical approach to immigration reform implementing Obama's Amnesty Agenda than the Senate and will begin in earnest with a special meeting of the Republican Conference on July 10.

The Republicans differ only in method not agenda.

The ruling Democrat-Republican Party MUST GO.

Reading around a few weeks ago, there was a story circulating that it was Darrel Issa quietly taking the lead to craft the House version. Issa was purported to be using his Silicon Valley connections to get input from big businesses.

Story didn’t get much traction, but there were no denials, either. Nothing since then. Odd.

I wrote my GOP Congressman and told him if he dared vote for ANYTHING looking or smelling amnesty in any form I would work to defeat him without concern for the political consequences. “If Bonehead and Cancer ram amnesty through there will be no country to save and my only enjoyment will be putting you out of work.”
If they do this we can change the national motto to “What difference now does it make?”

Grover Al Norquist needs to go run for the presidency of Egypt. He can take Karl with him for whatever.

When you think of all the problems we face in this country, yet this seems to be the TOP priority of both parties ...it really makes you wonder.

I seriously doubt there is even ONE patriot left in our halls of leadership today. They are ALL traitors and liars.

We should have cleaned house long ago ....long ago.

The money quote in that article is from LA Raza,

"Just vote one something"

Here the LA Raza spokesidiot openly admits the plan is to pass anything in the house so that amnesty may be pushed through via conference.

You cannot use “deliberate” and “methodical” in the same sentence when using the current GOP in both houses. I told someone the other day there are not enough cajones in the entire GOP fold on the hill to equal one eunuch!

Hey Boner, ObamaCare is where it’s at. Far more important on peoples minds than this garbage.

The momentum is with doing something to curtail, delay, defund it.

The GOP is truly pathetic.

Please, don't anybody let up.

Show 'em the rope, point at the branch. And if they give one ounce of support to this monstrosity, hang 'em.

The House Republicans aren't going to vote for Amnesty. They are going to vote for border security. The bill coming out of conference will be Amnesty and will pass with all Democrats and a handful of RINO's from safe districts. Thus the GOPe can push through Amnesty and your CONgressman can say he voted for border security.
