Did Justice Roberts term it a "tax" so it would be easier to get rid of? Or was he blinded by being blackmailed by the regime for buying his kids.

Many think the latter.

If it was the former, Roberts' decision basically nullified the Supreme Court with his 'you elected them, now live with what they legislate' decision. That argument can now be applied to any legislative question brought to the SC. Roberts' convoluted ruling set a danger precedent.

Yeah, now that you’ve made me think about it...that stupid decision sounds exactly like some noncommittal bunch of words...words from someone trying NOT to take a stand; someone bribed with that quibble being the best Roberts could do.

But they are the Supremes!
