The judge won’t throw the case out, if she was a judge that cared about justice, true justice, she would do it..but she is too heavily invested in getting Zimmerman convicted, and she doesnt want the left to destroy her if she throws the case out

They are arguing the motion to dismiss now.
There is no possibility whatsoever that this judge will grant a dismissal. She should, but she won’t.

What did he do - move for a directed verdict after the close of the State’s case? That happens in most criminal trials. But, granted, here it is certainly appropriate.
To: Mr. K
This is S.O.P. in a case so flimsy as this appears to be. The judge of course will deny the motion and proceed.

If the Judge, knowing the likelihood of acquittal based on the non existent case throws it out can Zimmerman be re-tried on a lesser charge

Defense cited a bunch of cases and case law why to throw out, now the prosecution is citing cases and case law why not to.
Judge will not throw out the case.
Prosecution will be made asses of forthwith.

I did it in every criminal case I ever tried. You have to argue that the state failed to put on evidence that would prove up any charge, beyond a reasonable doubt. Only got a directed verdict once.

Excellent. I figured once the prosecution was done...the case was over. They presented nothing but innuendo, lies, and false testimony.

“Only got a directed verdict once.”
How does that case compare to the prosecution’s case in this one?

Agreed. SOP and it is hard to get.
To: Mr. K
Not to belittle your prediction, but this motion is pretty much S.O.P.
