Secretary of State John Kerry was on his boat briefly on Wednesday, contrary to an earlier denial by the State Department, but was there only briefly and did not conduct official business while on board.
“While he was briefly on his boat on Wednesday, Secretary Kerry worked around the clock all day including participating in the president’s meeting with his national security council," spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Friday. Kerry also held calls "with Norwegian Foreign Minister Eade,Qatari Foreign Minister al-Attiyah, Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu, Egyptian Constitution Party President ElBaradei and five calls Ambassador Patterson on that day alone and since then he continued to make calls to leaders including Emirati Foreign Minister bin Zayed, Prime Minister Netanyahu and Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr.” None of the calls were made from aboard the boat.

Warmer weather for sailing, though the cold is just fine by me.
Went to the Bahamas on the Wind Starin 2006. A friend rented it for 140 friends and family.
I think it’s the largest 5 masted ship in the world or was at the time. Nothing like being drunk on 12-16 foot swells and planking. That’s where you stand on the bow of the ship and keeping your feet together, facing fore, try to stand in that position as long as possible.
All us snowboarders made out pretty well. Too funny.

While in St Maarten we took out one of the 12m Stars and Stripes, operated by Dennis Conner to compete in the America’s Cup.
What a freaking blast!!!!
We did four races that day and I’m telling you, the next day my shoulders, traps and back muscles were killing me!!!
Didn’t help that our crew was comprised primarily of jocks and we pulled sails and put em up pretty dang’d quick according to our crew leader.
Won all four races and a couple of times we had that thing so far on it’s side, I thought we were going over. But, so long as the crew leader was blithely hanging on, smiling and barking out orders, I just grinned from ear to ear.
What a day!!!!
Gotta go back.

We used to know a guy out of San Diego that was friends with Conner. Larry had a 25 ft Santana that he used to race against Dennis in his smaller boats. When Larry’s Santana won EVERYBODY knew about it. lol
Our boat has been docked in Ventura for quite a few years now.
In fact, you are exactly accurate, Kerry himself verbally stated that he was ordered into Cambodia in December 1968 by President Richard Nixon.
Funny because I was in the Navy at the time and my CIC was President Lyndon Johnson.
LOL, the pics of all those boats of his remind me of “The Old Woman Who Ate a Spider” going from little to big to bigger to huge. You’d think there’d be a limit to how many boats one person needs, but not so with him.

Its definitely gorgeous. Love the interior. The rake on the boat itself looks a little off on the side views. Think it is the huge overhang of the transom.....and I don’t like center cockpits but definitely nothing to spit on. lol
Briefly on the boat does not describe it accurately SWIFTLY is a better term. How long is that time. About long enough to meet your girlfriend before being discovered your in the wrong place without Teresa. Who was most likely passed out somewhere.
