Witness LEADING the DEFENSE again. Witness already stated that without the written notes he has been given to go by, HE can't remember a darn thing about the case.

It's not what he really means, but it is what he is saying.

This witness , like most of the Prosecutor's witnesses, is again helping the DEFENSE.

I object. Witnesses should be allowed to conduct their own trial (/s).
