Not an advisement thing....She will want to read the precedence to see if she has any lee way.

IIRC, the prosecution didn't have conflicting precedence but even if they did, there is usually one ingredient that doesn't apply to the present case.

I didn’t mean “advisement” literally. “Take it under advisement” is the phrase the Judges in my area use after getting all the material for a motion, then recessing without rendering a decision on the spot. Attorneys have told me they almost never rule on something of this magnitude from the bench.
