Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

I think whether he’s in heaven or not has no bearing on this trial. Whatever you think of SF, this was her son and no doubt she loved him. It doesn’t make her son any less a sinner or a saint. It doesn’t make him any less culpable in his death. Does anyone really think she was going to say anything else? Of course not. Her testimony is not evidence of what happened.
Nah. They’re (the Amish cops in that precinct) destroying any evidence that might be damaging to St. Trayvon. Bet on it.
.
I like the empty-headed opinions. It’s why I monitor the blog on WFTV and the thread here. LOL! JK!
It would have been great if the defense attorney what have said objection! Speculation!
How is that even possible — that they can’t open the evidence locker.
Thanks!
>> Bill Schaeffer referring to Sybrina as grace under pressure
Maybe he said “grease under pressure”

The evidence locker is open but they are still working on it. Still in break! #Zimmermanon9
she is well coached by attorney crump for their jackpot payoff.
MOM is shorthand for Mark O’Meara.
Commentator suggests defense blew the case during Mother’s appearance.
I say hogwash.
Because she doesn’t know her son that well?
If she loved him so much, then why wasn’t he under her care at the time of the incident? Sorry...but that doesn’t wash. She neglected him and failed to fulfill her parental obligations... just as his dad did. Leaving a kid alone to his own devices immediately after he gets in trouble (with the law) is not just crappy parenting, it’s downright stupid. TM should have been grounded and not even allowed to go to a damned store, much less alone at night/after dark.
Ah but the point is that the prosecution is making a rather thinly veiled appeal to the emotions of an all-female jury. If her statement can be construed to open the door as to Travon’s character, then it’s fair game for the defense.
“Commentator suggests defense blew the case during Mothers appearance.
I say hogwash.”
I agree. I think MOM handled it properly.
I think I just caught the end of an interview with a body expert...she claims they believed what they were saying :|
ie mother/son
How did he blow it? Did they say? MoM was careful and made a good point in my opinion. Point being that no one prepared her for the tape of TREYVON yelling for help. No one prepared for her for her sons screaming for his life...?? Reason being: They all KNEW it wasn’t TReyvon. I got that point, I think at least one juror should too.
.
If Zman gets off, she could be the scapegoat. The talking heads will claim her bias caused a backlash in the jury. The fact that Zman is innocent has no bearing on the spin. There must be another reason he got off.
A 12 year-old African-American boy was gunned down while walking home with a bag of Skittles by a raging vigilante redneck and he got off because the white judge was biased. You heard it here first.
Defense didn’t blow this case. I think they are doing the very best job they can possibly do. The whole thing has been a rigged railroad job from the get go. The jury will convict based on the the mother and Dee Dee, evidence be damned.
