Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

“CNN wants him convicted.”
FOX is no better. I heard Nancy Disgrace has GZ guilty, too. She had the Duke lacrosse boys guilty also.
Not just mentor and uncle but also his namesake Lump in throat for their love of country
Why would the guy on top be screaming?
They’ve already established Z was on bottom being beat...
lol...
There was no passion behind TM mother’s assertion that it was him screaming. Believe me, as a mother I could detect my child’s screams of pain from a thousand other people’s screams, even if they were all screaming at the same time. And I would not sit their emotionless while I was claiming it was my son screaming. GZ’s mother was far more believeable, she had the demeanor of a mother who knew that was her son.
“She is a former prosecutor and present day afro-american.”
Hmmm...
When I read articles written by journalists, and when they condemn GZ, I google their name/images. Guess what race they are?
no way...thot you were kidding! You were paraphrasing??
TM’s mom’s was barely around for TM growing up. Who knows if she could even pick him out of a lineup, or would want to, before he died.
“I never knew that about him.”
Back in those days, military men caught rides everywhere in the country. I wonder if they do that today? I would bet not. Yes, when I was told that, I felt bad, like Burr had deceived me - these days, nothing surprises me.
It sounded like a joke to me, too. You mean that was a genuine quote??
I’m surprised the jury didn’t ask for a directed verdict. This is farcical. Still waiting for the Monty Python guy to come in and say “stop this nonsense.”
That’s what I thought I heard also, but apparently, the jury really wanted to stay and hear more.
————>CNN wants him convicted.
I’ve watched CNN coverage throughout with zero evidence of that. They have one pundit (Sunny) who is in the court that comes down consistently for the prosecution. ALL others think the def is mopping the floor with the pros.
On the other hand I tuned in Fox for a few minutes and was immediately blasted with multiple pundits claiming GZ is a flat out liar.
Just sayin’
like I said before Martin’s moms didn’t raise him after the age of 4. His pops did. She doesn’t know what in the hell his screams sounded like. She comes across as a big time racist who has it in for Whitey. George’s mother showed some emotion when she heard the tape. Martin’s moms just glared and showed no emotion whatsover, other than looking like she wanted to kill someone herself.
“She had the Duke lacrosse boys guilty also.”
Even though that Skank doesn’t know what a Musket is, having her side with prosecution is a great omen.
I think this trial is basically over....best case hung jury. That judge is going to steer this into a conviction as best she can and that will be hard to overcome even given the fact there is no guilt here.
Toobin was on. He always is clueless.
But that didn't stop her from taking 8 months of donated paid vacation time from her coworkers in Miami Dade County. A person with even a slightly wonky moral compass would have felt guilty doing that.
Per Kathy Belich - channel 9 - MOM is to hold a press confernce. What could THAT be about?
nah, just a bad sense of humor.
Have you heard of a women named Alicia Stanley?
The question is not meant as testy, just informative.
