Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Hmmm, Raymond Burr going for some hitch-cock. I never knew that about him.
Doesn’t look purple/maroon enough to me.
Did BLDR just accusing him of “bragging” about his background?
You have something very interesting here.
Questions: Did Trayvon's death interrupt or change the statistics of a crime pattern in that community? Are there any records to that effect?
Wouldn’t it be funny as hell....if these two last witnesses, his Hispanic mother and his Hispanic uncle, rallied the Hispanics to side with George now?
Oh LORD, these poor people!!
V3 wept (some more)
ahhhhh
She's not even trying anymore. The mask has been off for a number of weeks now.
—————> People (like my neighbor) cant be bothered to watch the trial and find out the truth for themselves.
They do not want anything that provides information that can’t be ignored. They prefer hearing confirmation of their preset opinions.
(shudders). Creepy.
“Uncle is very credible.”
He’s great!
He sure did. What a jerk. They almost always introduce a
new witness by asking what they do for a living.
He just doesn’t want him to be tooo credible. Cripes.
I have been saying this same thing from the beginning. All it takes is 15 seconds of logical thought to determine who was yelling.
We know from both Zimmerman himself and eyewitness testimony that a ground-and-pound type fight took place. We know from photographic evidence that Zimmerman had injuries consistent with being on the bottom of such a fight. We know from the autopsy report that Martin had no other injuries beyond the gunshot wound. All of this adds up to Zimmerman being on the bottom of the fight and taking a pounding before resorting to deadly force. The idea that Martin would be screaming for help makes no sense whatsoever because he was never physically struck (or there is at least no evidence of that). From the eyewitness testimony and the 911 call, the screaming for help occurred during the fight and all the evidence points to Zimmerman being the only one with a reason to scream for help.
It isn’t a sliding scale either. There is absolutely no evidence that Trayvon would have had to cry for help during a struggle and there is absolutely no evidence that anything occurred that would have precipitated Martin calling for help. On the other hand, all of testimony and evidence points to Zimmerman having a reason to cry for help.
This is as straightforward as it gets.
Wish we had a live thread for that here.Other sites get on my nerves.
Go Army!
He is also a good looking man. And yes, that does matter, especially with an all female jury.
I want to buy that guy a beer!!!!!!!!!
Not sound like a cheerleader, but he is very great. I respect men like him. It is one of those things you know in a few moments after you meet them.
