Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Yep. They're pretty sure they can nail him for tearing the tag off a mattress.
“The defendant was atop the victim, according to numerous witnesses. The defendant was the one with the MMA training”.
Is the jury even in the room for this motion? I would think they would be taken out and not hear these arguments.
Is the jury still in the court room?
If there is a textbook case for that, this is it. Nelson’s decision won’t even make the casebook, because her decision is going to be so far off the line that it is useless as an education tool.
“I live in a community of nearly a 1,000 homes, was president of the HOA for several years, and have traveled every street in the community. If I were out on certain streets in this community at night as to where I could not see certain street signs, there would be streets I could not specify the name of those streets off the top of my head,...”
I was the head of security for my gated community years ago and stopped by the security gate to see if all was well and the guard said the ambulance had come in and couldn’t find the house and they were going up and down streets tying to find it.
I was on my way to town at that time and went to Radio Shack and bought a police scanner. Put that at the gate along with a stack of maps of the roads and houses, so the guard could hear if an ambulance had been called, then mark a map and hand it to the ambulance driver when they came in, plus hand another marked map to police car when it came in.
I thought it was tragic am ambulance couldn’t find a person in need and I fixed that.
I am drinking, but not drunk ... yet. But I agree with you. I have thought the same. But is more of a test for the Judge to see if she is corrupt. She can do the right thing now or she is corrupt.
Oh boy, this liar is lying.
I see the Feds have an ‘agent’ in the courtroom. Probably a merck.
I don’t think so.
Doesn’t GZ suffer from some form of dyslexia? I seem to recall reading something about that somewhere. Might be why he couldn’t remember street names. That and stress/duress.
This ahole prosecutor is lying through his teeth and nobody can even stop him.
Although not wanted at the time, could be perfect for future situations.
*snicker*
Good Lord, bringing up Hannity.
>>>Have you ever heard of a “dingleberry” ?<<<
Note to self: Under no circumstance should you make any kind of joke about this post! I don’t care how funny you think it is! I don’t care if you think a slight diversion from the utter insanity of this nightmare is a good thing. Do not...repeat DO NOT...comment.
Dingle Barry? Aren’t he and Mooshelle on another vacation?
The jury is still out.
Beat me to it the jury should not hear these arguements.
Judge Judy is also by light years, a better judge.
This is a closing argument.
This must be what it felt like to sit in on a trial in Salem, MA in 1692.
