Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

At lest MOM is running out the clock. He will not have to start out of his order, before he does Crumps deposition Sunday night.
I wasn’t listening. Too boring.
The ME suddenly remember the condition of TM’s hands is pretty significant after swearing he didn’t remember anything at all about the autopsy. I wonder if the defense will call him back.
It’s what the government does...
Even if found innocent, you’ll be broke and bankrupt and living in the gutter after an attack by government like this...
I doubt Z has any resources that could pay off on a civil suit. Why bother?

Bill Sheaffer:
The judge will not throw out the case. This is standard operating procedure. The charges won’t be discussed until the end of the defense’s case. Then either side/both can request lessers. The judge will then decide.
I missed that.
Too much Purple Drank, too fast, over the last recess.
bummer
LOL.
You?
Well, I’ll be____!
Wasn’t Casey Anthony’s trial only a couple of years ago. I might need that long to recover for the next big trial.
This is Perry Mason. Precedence rules. She’ll rule for Mark...but not today.
Her only concern is an election appeal ... which decision do you think best suits her reelection ?
.
Why do you think she will rule for the defense? She has been outright hostile to them at every opportunity.
someone on another day’s thread said they were out in public and the trial was on a tv and IIRC a black woman made the comment that George shot that poor child for a bag of skittles.
IOW, with all State evidence having been presented, there still is NO case.
I am betting that THIS judge will take that hit. Maybe not gladly, but she'll take it, nonetheless.
MOM was talking about the one man crime wave who broke into a bunch of homes in Z’s neighborhood
I won’t miss it at all.
I want GZ acquitted.
The family is PRAYING for a lesser so they can stand a better chance of suing.
But will the streets burn if the state allows a lesser?
This judge is here for one reason......to successfully prosecute George Zimmerman.
