Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

I just googled for the ME’s name, and all the articles available right now, on the entire first page, are emphazing what this ME said about TM pain and suffering for 10 minutes. ARGH!
Dang notes! Too funny
To say it’s sad beyond belief is an understatement of Biblical proportions. V3 wept.
The female medical examiner from before not the one from today.
so 2X ewwwwww.
In and out but never exiting the body
.
Another witness? I thought Boa was the last,
10 minute recess.
Yep, I knew who she was, I remembered which is why I had an immediate ‘ewwwww’! Just gross
I hope the jury is sequestered.
I found it interesting when West was asking the witness if he checked for fibers in the wound. The ME said that he didn’t check because he didn’t think that that was how it happened. Absolutely positively unbelievable. The ME had already made up his mind in advance how it occurred and then only collected evidence that supported that opinion.
Yes...she told the jury to ignore....but he got his opinion out there, loud and clear. It was almost as if he was teaching his class. The jury will have a hard time just ignoring that.
He remembered that hand thing really good.
Evil spirit of bad memory, COME OUT! Say baby. Baby.
Bald dude apologizes all the time. He should.
3rd zinger I’ve seen in thread today.
Awesome. That’s hilarious!
Yes, they are.
Why would the prosecutor not know if the ME went to the scene
of the crime? He looked like BAmbi in headlights.
Doritos are okay but if you spilled or spit enough soda on your keyboard, it is going to stop and it doesn't take much. Been there, done that, had to go to computer guy - keyboard was dead due to small amount of coffee going into keyboard. Wonderful computer guy, only charged me what the keyboard cost and that was something like $30 and he had to order it.
The coffee was on a side table next to chair and I turned it over. Computer was sitting on a stool next to the table and some got on the keyboard but not a lot. No coffee gets set close to that area again.
Right.
Same with the one who said GZ suffered from ONE blow (Roa, right?). It’s all over the place. Had a chance yesterday with a group of people who latched onto that, and had to fill in the rest of the story. It’s maddening!
