Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

I'll bet there are pics of all the tattoos in the autopsy report. Could be a door to enter some photographic evidence since the witness brought it up.
I’d like to see a cross examination of her say something like:
I’d like to ask the question Blah, blah, blah, But I’m not permitted to so I won’t and I’d like to ask the question Blah, blah, blah, But I’m not permitted to, etc.
So I will ask the question I am permitted to. “Good Morning Ma’am , How are you today?

MOM’s tone is very subdued. Asking about her previous hearing of the 911 tape. Sybrina has a pretty sketchy memory....
Now the prosecution is playing a 9-1-1 call, trying to get Sybrina to say “That scream I heard is my sainted, trademark copyrighted son Trayvon!”
And she just did. Now the defense can call up George’s mom to say the same thing about her son.

Sybrina names a long list of persons who were in the mayor’s office listening to the tape when Trayvon’s mother identified the screaming. Includes a gaggle of Trayvon family attorneys.
She’s lying. There is no way she could tell who that scream was. But a mother is forgiven and excused for lying when it’s about her son....right? That’s the assumption.
Well, the prosecution has convinced Michael Savage and Nancy Grace GZ is guilty, and they probably even know about TM’s violent past also.
Shes lying about not knowing the tape was about screaming

Kathi Belton in courtroom states: Jurors are avoiding eye contact with Trayvon’s mother, even though Ms. Sybrina Fulton is looking over at the jurors.
Good maybe they know trayvon hasn’t lived with her for his last 14 years...
