Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Someone has to prove that Trayvon was dead.
This witness 'might' have been there during the Medical Examination. I don't know that he was in the room at the time, but definitely somewhere near, like the Janitor's office. He has seen a photo of Trayvon dead, so...
My husband had a melanoma (worst kind of skin cancer) on his upper right arm. That meant go to M.D. Anderson cancer center in Houston for that surgery. We went there at least four times before the actual surgery. That is an enormous place and I saw just what you said - except black employees were everywhere in all positions and foreign doctors with accents were also everywhere. Finding a white medical worker wasn't easy.
Then, the day before the surgery, we went to the hotel owned by M.D. Anderson that had a walkway into the hospital. That is a fancy hotel and it was full of Arabs in foreign dress going to M.D. Anderson for cancer. There were very few white Americans staying at that hotel.
Between the hospital and hotel, I felt like I was in a foreign country. So, on the day of the surgery, we go across the walkway to where we are supposed to go. We get told the surgeon we had been going to see and would do the surgery, had become ill during the night and another surgeon would do the surgery.
I felt like a bomb just hit. Then, the person said we were fortunate because now the head of that type surgery was going to do the surgery. Thank God, they weren't going to use the janitor to do the surgery. The new surgeon came in and had studied the case and knew the problem was the area was so large it was “iffy” the skin could be pulled together and sewn. If it couldn't, it meant the raw wound would be open to heal from the inside out and that meant using some kind of machine every day and we would do that at home. I had already had to make arrangements for that machine to be available.
Thank God, the surgeon was able to sew the skin back together. This new surgeon was then our doctor and we never saw the other one again. The new surgeon happened to be a white American and we could actually understand him.
I agree so many of our doctors and anesthesiologists and nurses and etc., are foreign born.

Here the ME was testifying by wanting to just read his notes. That is not testimony. That is introducing his notes into evidence without cross.
A witness can read from his notes if taken at the time of the incident. This ME wrote down notes over a year after looking at pics and reports, not the same thing.

This trial is just one big side show of freaks.
It’s called “prepared testimony”. It’s not his ME notes from the autopsy.

He only knows what his notes tell him but he prepared his notes. If his notes are lying don’t blame him because is only reading his notes.

All I did was complain about the site not working for me and a couple of people decided to attack me for complaining. Again I’ve been on these trial threads discussing this case and testimony for several days and you and the couple that attacked have been MIA. You have nothing better to do than stick your fat nose into a comment I was addressing to another poster who got smart with me for no reason? Try focusing on the trial and stay off my butt because you have no idea why I wrote that and who started it.
