So why not just simply post the list, instead of leaving us with a link to the Forbes “article”, which does NOT contain the list, but leads to a link to a PDF file that evidently is the length of the old Encyclopedia Britannica.

People here in the US live in places like Miami Beach and Malibu. They stay away from Miami and Los Angeles.

"So why not just simply post the list, instead of leaving us with a link to the Forbes article, which does NOT contain the list..." Double-checked this, and it appears to be a browser problem. The "slideshow" at the end of the article doesn't show up AT ALL in Firefox, but works correctly in IE and Safari. I like Firefox, but sometimes.............

The United States has some great people, resources and guiding principles, but it is being governed like a third-world country.

There is no Overall list that I could find - several categories with different rankings. Remember the ‘Happiest People in the World’ ranking that puts Denmark at the top. Why? Because the “Govt. takes care of us from cradle to grave - No worries.” However, no mention of the very high suicide rates in these countries - so pardon me if I don’t accept any of these International rankings about anything.

They are neutral - the Swedes were neutral in the face of the evil of Nazism during WWII, they were neutral in the face of the evil of Communism in the Cold War, and they remain neutral in the face of Islamist terrorism, the greatest evil ever to confront Western Civilization. And the price of their neutrality has been and remains the expenditure of American dollars and the loss of American lives.
It matters little to say they haven't "relied" on the U.S. Their neutrality, their economy and their way of life has been protected by the Armed Forces of the United States, the United Kingdom, and several other nations who have stepped up to the plate.
America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!
Genuflectimus non ad principem sed ad Principem Pacis!
Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

Yeah I can’t deny that’s true. Neutrality is all well and good, but theres not a lot of virtue in being neutral in the face of evil. They stood by and let the Russians crush the Finns in 1939 as well.
