she has jurisdiction over daddy. She can “threaten” daddy by saying she will entertain motion to sanction based on { insert here } if he does not deal with it.

His daughter is an adult not affiliated with the case. She is a relative of a defense attorney. She can do or say whatever she wants as long as it is not breaking any laws.
