Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark OMara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witnessremember, the States witnessthat all but completely guts the States charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. The sense given is that Zimmerman demonstrated endless patience. (continue reading summary)

no soup for you!
Sharpton will get right on that
Jackson is too busy hiding because of his son.
The ice cream was, “Vanilla”..
I think that sums it up.
Btw, thanks for posting all of the pics of the witnesses and goings on. It is very helpful. Especially when we have to step away from the monitor for less important things (lol).
I understand.
But were they locked from the inside ? Were they just stuck ?
Were they old and dilapidated with gaps between the upper and lower casings ?
I was on a grand jury in Seattle and one day the jury in another trial (family suing Jim Beam for causing their newborn’s fetal alcohol syndrome and Jim beam won) reched a verdict that day. I was at the bus stop outside the courthouse for my trip home and King TV stuck a camera and microphone in my face and asked me what I thought of the verdict. I said, and I quote, “Not only do I agree with it but I think this state needs frivolous lawsuit laws.” Yeah, I’m not proud of the way I said it, but it’s what I said.
The next day, the plaintiff looks over at the jury and there is a sidebar with the judge, shortly after which they excuse all of the jury except me. They then ask me if I was interviewed by newsmen the day before. I said yes. It turns out it had been aired on the 6:30 and 11:00 news. They asked me if it caused me to have any bias in the case I was hearing. I told them they were two completely different cases about two completely different things and had nothing in common - It was irrelevent.
They kept me on the jury.
This seems similar. I am not aware of any gag orders in this case.
The prosecution, having no case, is just resorting to mud slinging. The government lawyer (see team corey) thinks the jury will not realize who is the drama queen so to speak.
Defense attorneys of some skill don’t get their feather’s ruffled by such amature tactics.
LOL!!!
Maybe Jackson is busy house-hunting for his son and DIL. Frantically.
Was there a gag order?
It occupies the position on the front of her skull, so therefore it must be a face.
Knock Knock
Who’s there ?
Ice Cream
Ice Cream who?
Ice Scream for HEEEELLLLP fourteen times!
ME, vey insignificant injuries to GZ. Not life threatening. Well we can see where this is going.
[As opposed to a sharp object????]
There was a sharp object, the EDGE of the sidewalk.
She says the injuries were insignificant, but I’d like to hear her say that if SHE took the same beating.
The Judge doesn't want her on the stand, and won't even allow her in the courtroom.
Even though she never examined the patient - GZ, just did an evaluation well after the fact.
So the pathologist is going to testify that GZ’s injuries were minor even though she did not treat him.
Figures —
Bumps on head from concrete pounding is not significant? Don’t some people die from swelling from concusions?
Plus a dad still invested in his children and probably gave financial and emotional support to them their entire lives? Hey maybe we can say “its a white thing” like we were told about Miss Court Nails when she testified.
