Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. No it is about ice cream, and maybe the knock knock joke.

The person accountable for the caption the words is his daughter who is watching the trial just like us. I suppose the judge could try to find some cause to investigate her, but her words are on her - not on her dad.
Do you have the capacity to grasp that?
The only thing West can be held accountable for is indeed the eating of ice cream.
It’s irrelevant anyway. Where is it written you have to be half dead to defend yourself? The fact he was being slammed and called for help and nobody came and TM refused to stop put GZ in a position of either seeing if he would be allowed to live or defending himself.

Whatever you think..maybe you should take a hint from others who know the legal system here that have said YES it could be an issue
But it did come out before Diamond’s testimony so less of an issue.
Well after saying “you’re gonna die tonite/now”...any reasonable or logical person would conclude that he didn’t intend to stop until you were either dead or unconscious. In which case, any reasonable person would fear for their life even before TM saw the gun and reached for it.
It’s all a no-brainer to most folks. But not to the left.

She wouldn’t cut it as an “EMT” - they gave me instructions not to swallow the blood -
