So says Planned Parenthood,which has a history of wildly inflating numbers (Specifically in Pennsylvania).

Only if they don't meet standards. They'll have until September to comply. Plenty of time to meet standards if they so desire.

Since you two are a heck of lot more politically shrewd than I am, I'll go just ahead and ask what may be a naive question. Could Governor Rick Perry just go ahead an issue an executive order to make this much-needed abortion ban a reality?

Frankly I see no need for the taxpayers to pay a cent for further debate on the matter. Abortion is murder. Period. There's no need for a debate or a vote on that which is self-evident.
