There have been many instances of lawsuits being filed against competitors in my industry for failure to sufficiently screen employees who were sent to work in the customer’s homes. Rightfully so, in my opinion, however, this could turn my industry on its head. We entrust our employees with everything you own, access to your children’s rooms, and potentially every bit of identifying information that you keep in your home. Yet, by this logic, we are supposed to be willing to hire thieves, rapists, addicts, and any other miscreant that rolls in the door? That is going to work out well......
You forget, the right-to-work states greatly outnumber the union states. The unions are dying because they’re obsolete, no longer needed. And they’re desperately trying to stay relevant.
So what happens to “at-will” states where you can be fired for any reason or no reason?
At this point, I don’t think Africa wants to claim him anymore.

I saw something about this recently and meant to ping it out. This is so beyond outrageous - forced to hire criminals! The DoJ has a special outreach to hire homosexuals (of course, as well as schizophrenics, the mentally disabled and dwarfs. I am not kidding. I guess "criminals" will now be added, but criminals already run the place.
So now regular business are being forced to hire thugs, murderers, child molesters, rapist, thieves. The only idea I can come up with to stop this bullet train to the nether world is a mass general strike, nation wide. Any other ideas welcome. Now we are not allowed to hold or act on our own moral integrity or principles. Words fail me.

IMHO massive nationwide protests may be necessary. In Egypt they had 17 million people protesting the Mozlem Brotherhood/Morsi yesterday. That’s about 15% of their population.

#6 that if you dont hire ex-criminals , you , THE EMPLOYER BECOME A CRIMINAL

Not so new. They’ve been wanting to give felons the vote for decades. I saw an old liberal study that complained that if only felons could vote in every state that democrats would have kept the Senate in 1980.
Oh but see the customers won’t know that the employees are ex-cons, so when they’re being raped it will come as a complete surprise!!
I’m all for giving people a 2nd chance, and they need to be employed less they turn back to crime to make a living but it should be the employer’s choice. Would Obama hire an ex-con to drive his girls to school? Prepare his food? I doubt it.
How bad can this get? Well the EEOC not only wants to ban background checks. They want the job applicants who BMW refused to hire because of criminal records…to now be hired, given back pay, and legal costs.

Well nothing is really new because someone somewhere has suggested it. But this is different than allowing felons to vote. This is affirmative action for felons and making employers hire former criminals.
This item hasn’t been a mainstream dem theme like the others. Now that the main themes are getting implemented they will begin to try and mainstream secondary radical goals like this.
At first it’s easy to think this is satire...
Scary, scary stuff.
When I was a kid small and large businesses regularly hired criminals because of quotas and rehab programs. The criminals, in turn, raped, murdered and pillaged at will. We supposedly concluded that recidivism rates were much higher than what liberals claimed. There is no rehab for most violent criminals. Either they are in jail or they are harming society. Blacks did most of the raping and murdering and whites were the main targets.
I had a friend whose mom (of five children) was beaten and raped by the air conditioning repair man, who was just released from prison for committing rape. Violent crime could not be avoided. Everyone knew people who had been ravished by violent criminals. Liberals - politicians, ministers, judges, prosecutors, and lawyers only talked about the poor criminals (products of America’s racist society and did not care at all about the victims of crime. To say criminals needed to be locked up was deemed racist.
Everyone knew, but did not say, blacks were doing most of the violent crime until the race card was pulled and then everyone knew that everyone knew, but everyone was afraid to say for fear of being tagged a racist. They faked and hid crime stats like they do now through media blockades. They hid black on white violent crime statistics until a paper in Australia published an article called “America’s silent civil war.” The author got FBI statistics that showed more whites were murdered by Blacks over a thirty year period, than soldiers killed in Viet Nam. I believe that was published in the 1980’s.
Liberals also condemned self defense and convinced the public they were safer going along with the demands of criminals than to victims of crime. You took the risk of going to prison if you defended yourself and knocked off or injured a criminal. You were just supposed to die (and surrender to socialism - welfare state, changes in schooling, housing projects, etc.) because you were a dirty white racist and had to say. Or you could run from the cities. Liberals called that racism - white flight.
They played upon America’s good nature and desire to befriend and heal the black race and to make up for segregation and slavery. A lot of Christians were murdered and raped for this “befriending.”
All these lies and evil finally ran out of steam and Reagan was elected. We cracked down on crime and took sentencing power away from liberal judges but the schools were ruined and liberals in the Federal government had put violent housing projects in areas where whites fled the cities in the name of civil rights. We elected people to lock up violent criminals. Reagan started the “war on drugs” as many violent criminals were drug users.
The younger generations have no idea of any of this because we are back to media embargoes, leftist propaganda and radicalism in the schools and we have a black racist in power who is setting the mass murder all in motion again.
