Indeed, during this time period Obama would have been 15-16 years old and living in Hawaii at the time.

Eh, I think he has more of a case against the prosecutors than CNN here. They are the ones that put up the unredacted slide in the first place. CNN just stupidly broadcast the feed without a delay, which resulted in the information being broadcast.
