A Jewish student from Kansas was denied entry into Britain for a summer job several weeks ago – apparently due to a customs agent's anti-Semitism.
After being detained for more than nine hours, he was put back on a plane to the United States by customs officials. During that time he was never told why he was being denied entry.
According to the the Kansas City Jewish Chronicle, the British man who had offered Louis “Chip” Cantor summer work experience, Kevin Shilling, said the British border agent he spoke to in his attempt to get Cantor admitted into Britian made more than one anti-Semitic comment to him during the telephone conversation they had.

I think you are taking that Schilling quote out of context. If you read the whole story, you can get the idea that he's not the bad guy in this ugly episode.
I don’t think he’s the bad guy. I suspect there could be more to this story regarding Chip Cantor, I may simply be being defensive of the UK. Who really have a rather poor record relative to Jews through the last century. But if not, his statement that if a Jew get’s past the UK Border Authority, everything will be fine, is chilling. Not Schilling’s fault at all, if what he said is true, he did a service bringing it out.

Sharia law is clearly being abused in the UK (as you may remember I have always said that I opposed it being introduced), but abuse does not equal takeover.

I believe you're correct. Go to UK Visas to see the qualifications. He needed one, as he said he was going to work, and any cancellation goes over the invalidated visa stamp.
