The prosecution was so determined to make the point about the use of the word “suspect” that they had to play the whole tape to get it and blew their chance of ever getting Zimmerman on the witness stand for cross examination.
The jury now has his side of the story and recitation of events — from his lips and from his pen.
I “suspect” that “Zimmerman — the Reenactment” will be coming.
This is why I say it is looking more and more like one of the two is probable:
1. The prosecution are incompetent boobs that should never have passed the bar.
2. They are “throwing the game”.
I’m beginning to strongly believe it is the latter.
