Another point. The other day I had my kiddo in one of those playgrounds in Chick Fil A. There were a lot of kids in there, but one suddenly started screaming, like they were hurt. I jumped up along with several other parents and ran over, b/c none of us knew for certain if it was our kid that was hurt or not... We had to wait for her to come out of the tunnel slide, and then her mom stepped up b/c she wasn’t positive at first.
I know they were much younger than TM, but point is, that kind of I’m hurt freaking out scream is different than a regular one so much that any mom will testify to that. Now I have a teenager and since his voice has changed I hardly recognize his regular voice on the phone half the time, I KNOW that astressful blood curdling scream from him would hard for me to recognize, especially since I haven’t heard him scream that way since he started puberty. Does that make sense?
My grandson’s voice just changed. Sounds just like his father’s....so of course I say Hi Holmes. And he says no grandma this is Watson.
Maybe screaming but my son has been performing for 25 years plus. Even in a big choir, I can pick out his voice. He was/is, always on beat and on key now with a strong baritone. I always felt like the mama seal.
