Maybe someone on the defense team reads here, and will introduce the tapes, and ask him about it!

I can’t fathom how O’Mara and West wouldn’t already be aware that Rachel Jeantel is not the original Witness #8, “Dee Dee.”
They are exceptionally sharp; it makes me wonder if prosecution and defense together agreed to cooperate in this show trial just to mitigate riots, etc.
That would be amazing, like the big shocker at the end of a movie. He definitely has enough of the taped interviews and the in-court testimony to make a decision. There has been some very reasoned debate here about whether or not the two voices are the same.
I emailed Mark O’Mara’s office about it, with link, etc., Tweeted them also.
For all we know, they already know about it, but perhaps prosecution and defense have a secret deal to cooperate in merely putting on a show trial to mitigate the riots upon acquittal—state knows damn well there’s no case to begin with.
This lady cop is a landslide slam-win for the defense.
