I found the tape and listened to it...not giving it Rummychick....she can find it herself.

LE asks Zimmerman why he didn’t get out of the truck...he replies “I guess fear”. Then there is a short back and forth about why Z eventually got out of the truck.

Not as earthshattering as I was led to believe.

So the interrogator was trying to make him say something...fear I guess...was the only thing he could think of...not like he said " I was afraid for my life"...geez....

Interrogators prod and prod....sometimes until they get the answer THEY want...

Thank you so much. I didn’t have it committed to memory but I knew that he wasn’t out and out stating that he was ‘scared’ as it’s being portrayed.

“Fear I guess” is a looooooooong way from “I was scared”.
