Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

There was a motion granted, that eliciting law enforcement legal opinion was out of bounds. “Probable cause” is a legal opinion.

I suspect the prosecution objected because the questions went to the ultimate issue in the case, i.e. whether Zimmerman acted in self defense. Asking the cop if he thought there was a basis for self defense is an opinion on the issue that the jury has to decide. The cop's opinion is not relevant. The jury has to make its own decision.

He is doing his job! He isn’t rehabilitating, he is cutting out the bullcrap that was tossed in the mix, with EDITED tapes.
The defense is getting paid a lot of money to fight at every turn and question every prosecution witness. This is your basis for saying it’s damaging? The fact MoM is going hard on cross and not just sitting on his ass and passing up on the cross?
And we need to consult lawyers to explain how a trial works? I’m really being pissing and don’t wanna be but you stated as a fact this tape was damaging then didn’t really back it up with anything except talking about tweets and talking head opinion.
