Juan - the fight will be at the state level. question is whether they become a fringe movement or change opinions. Does acknowledge they would get some sympathy from the black churches.

Kim Strassel, WSJ, on killing babies in the third trimester - Americans are pretty unanimous (86 percent), that abortions shouldn’t be legal in that case.

Panel thinks it will pass in Texas.
