Doesn’t the DHS have a picture of a dog pointing a gun?
Bear also in mind she had recently been warned about the dangers of sexual assault.
Couple that with six armed men attacking her car, and what do you suppose she thought?

Fire and incarcerate all seven involved officers (the seventh was a woman).
This wasn’t a case of stupidity.
It was calculated.
“Couldnt she just have run to a Safety Zone ????”
While blowing a whistle...
Agents charged her with two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer and one count of eluding police. All of the charges were Class 6 felonies carrying a maximum penalty of five years in prison and $2,500 in fines per offense. She had to spend the night after the incident in the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
The charges against Daly were withdrawn on Thursday.
Pigs.
The story says it was seven plain clothes agents. Isn’t that a bit of overkill when trying to catch students buying beer?
Good grief. Someone in that agency needs to be disciplined.
A lot of cops (Alcohol control commission) with nothing useful to do. They must get double pay for this nighttime BS. Gov’t jobs!!! It’s all about collecting that paycheck/bennies/pension all else is irrelevant!!!
How dumb and useless can they be???
All you need is one officer to politely check out this college girl
They would have killed her,,,,,
