For NBC and their patently tendentious editing of the Zimmerman hotline call in particular, that is such a slam-dunk that NBC is guilty even if Zimmerman were also held to be guilty.But the big picture is that journalism as a whole is the perpetrator of a fraud against Zimmerman - but also against you and me because he is being branded a white conservative, even tho he is neither. That explains why the case matters to us. And it is indeed possible and legitimate to sue journalism as a whole. Simply sue the Associated Press and its membership. IMHO that is the crucial step in counterattacking the “liberal” propaganda machine, because otherwise the individual target you sue will successfully claim that it relied on the rest of journalism as its source in general.
