Earlier this year, Jeb Bush told ABC that both his father George H.W. Bush, and brother George W. recommended he run for president in 2016. Mama Barbara Bush is not keen on the idea, declaring in April that the nations probably had enough Bushes.
But in the constantly shifting equations of potential Republican hopefuls for future president and vice president, the former Florida governors name has been tied with another former governor: Sarah Palin.
The pair have now been framed as a the GOPs only chance in the race by American Thinker contributor Michael Sheppard.
Would Jeb Bush have as good a chance, or better, than any other prospective GOP candidate? Most certainly he might. As a popular governor of Florida, married to a Hispanic, and who garnered a good proportion of the Hispanic vote, Bush would be in a strong position to carry the state, he says, reasoning that Mr. Bush, as a southern governor, could also hold sway in Virginia and appeal to Iowa evangelicals and centrist voters in New Hampshire.
Should Hillary Clinton emerge as the Democratic candidate, it could also improve Mr. Bushs electability. Then there is the Palin factor, Mr. Sheppard says. She brings ardent fans with her, of course.
A Jeb Bush/president - Sarah Palin/vice-president ticket covers all the Electoral College, Evangelical, pro-life, centrist-conservative, experienced governorships, male/female bases, he notes.....

Palin, yes, but I’ll never vote for another new world order elitist again. It doesn’t matter who they are running against, they are still our greatest human enemy.
She seems to be doing what she likes. Commenting and firing up folks.
Which is more than all the RINOs combined.
I was ALL for Sarah Palin and West as her VP.....until I learned West voted for and supported the nazi Germany style NDAA indefinite detention of American citizens crap. No true conservative could/would support that. I’m for a Sarah/Cruz ticky now in the next go round.
Where’s the Barf Alert?
I mean seriously some of us folks just finished to eat!
or Palin-Cruz.
Either would make an outstanding President.
Ah yes ... the media is already attempting to sway the election.
I’m ready to let the Lid/Dems have their success stories and we secede and form a new Country, with most of the Country where the payees regroup and prosper and the gimme slummers waste away in their progressive shit holes. The possibilities are endless.
Here we go again...a McPain redux.
And that’s why it will never be allowed to happen, the producers must continue to be chained to the users.
I agree. The question is, how do Constitution-respecting patriots get low-information voters up to speed on the federal government's constitutionally limited powers?
Palin by herself may not be enough, but there sure are a few of us who know what’s needed, what kind of machine, and what kind of funds.
Now, left/right is not really the relevant thing. Union/non-union isn’t either. Conservative versus liberal is the point, and grassroots versus elite is the point. Nack when I was another kind of insurgent here in Norway (we were a small oneplace union fighting the national), we scared the nejeezus out of the national TUC. To the point where I was offered, in handwriting, a ten-million budget for the first quarter to take over their computer section. I acttually have the campaign (designed by yours truly) that drove them into panic. I may no longer have the handwritten offer, written by Kåre Syltebø and endorsed by Yngve Haagensen, but I may have. I tend to never throw anything away :).
Before I stepped into antiterror, I actually was something of a firebrand, albeit a Conservative one.
Anyway, I was that union’s secretary. Kind of a scary critter...
Palin. Then build the ticket around her.
Cruz.
West.
Lots of good people.
If you build it, they’ll come.
LOL>
Perfectly expressed......
I will NEVER vote for another Bush. Not even to get Palin. Not happening.
Mama Bush hates Palin.
No more Bushes. And I hate to sound like Jesse Jackson but stay out of da Bushes
Palin yes Bush NEVER
Sarah Palin for President.
Allan West for Vice President.
Oliver North for Secretary of Defense.
Marco Rubio for Ambassador to the Bermuda Triangle.
Oh God Please.. no Palin and no Bush. Palin is too polarizing just because of what she has been through. I mean I loved her run as VP to Rino McCain, but no to Palin. People will not vote for her. Bush.. Just no..
We need Ted Cruz or Allen West.
Heck, why stop there...
Marco Rubio for Ambassador to Neptune! ;-)
And please, no TOO POLARIZING sniveling about Palin.
If you want a McCain, just say so.
