Egyptian security and medical officials say an American has been killed in the Mediterranean coastal city of Alexandria during clashes between supporters and opponents of Egypt's embattled President Mohammed Morsi.
Alexandria security chief Gen. Amin Ezz Eddin told Al-Jazeera TV that an American was killed Friday in Sidi Gabr Square while photographing the battles between opposition youth and members of the Muslim Brotherhood, from which Morsi hails.
A medical official told The Associated Press the American was wounded by gunshots and died at the hospital.

The State Department said Friday that Americans should defer nonessential travel to Egypt, citing the uncertain security situation. It also said it would allow nonessential staff and the families of personnel at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to leave Egypt until conditions improve.

A huge mass of protesters descend of Egypt’s presidential palace as part of June 30th demonstrations across the country intended to oust Mohamed Morsi from power.
Figg’in Occupy people are taking over my twitter site....they got the call and now will be promoting their cause.
So we see the creeps entering the fray therefore you can expect clashes whenever they stick their noses where it doesn’t belong.
The Egyptian people don’t need the occupy groups...doing fine without them.

As Twitchy reported, Egyptians flocking to Tahir Square to protest Mohamed Morsi’s presidency on the anniversary of his inauguration are very unhappy with President Obama.
We’ve reported that signs like this have appeared:

The protesters are also making their disapproval of the Muslim Brotherhood known.
Good thing Obama has brought peace to the Middle East in Syria, Libya, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan. Time for another Nobel?—

Bret B = good man
Amazing...there was no end to the street of people there!
BTW Occupy people are “awake” now and trying to piggyback this happening...too many on the Egyption twitter IMO. Creeps!
That was good.
1- Morsi’s pictures and a shoe on top
2- Unwrapped untented women standing with the men and in no danger, because there are no bearded animals there.
If the bearded ones start anything big, it’ll be a short civil war and will end quickly with the beards’ slaughter.
The hardcore al Qaeda type crap numbers in the hundreds of thousands in a population of 90 million, a minority of a minority.
They are been told bring it on, bearded SHEEP!
With the vast number of people there are going to be heart attacks and various other happenings as that among them....the crazy’s will be coming out too now it’s dark.
Stunning shot..again...great photos!
Really astounding the Egyptian people calling out Obama for supporting terrorists while his followers here in the US are still supporting him....
Upside down world now.
Do you really think they will mount among this crowd? I doubt at this time...way too outnumbered....but they will in time.
Let’s not forget this was going to be Morsi’s celebration of his first year in Office.....his followers were planning such...
Surprise surprise!LOLOLOLOL
Presumably, CNN and Fox were covering “live” news at 4pm. On both channels, Egypt demonstrations was the THIRD story...and reports were less than 2 minutes.
If a tree falls in the woods...
They will if they could.
I wrote you a post about black flags attack in the south.
This IS their end, one way or the other...survive in exile or go to jail (there is a lawsuit) against Morsi for escaping from Jail after Jan ‘11)
Of course, standing their ground, the Ikhwan will be eliminated.
