Maybe the prosecutor can go to work handling accident cases for some shady law firm that you see ads for on late night TV on the local channels.
I always tell me students (future LE agents) that a prosecutor won’t bring a case to trial without good, solid evidence, but this case sure proves me wrong.
I hope you haven’t been telling them that since the Duke Rape Hoax of 2006-2007.
