They won’t prosecute her. The key is to identify the folks in the White House who are obviously behind this. Give her immunity and she has no choice.

SHE TESTIFIED TO HER INNOCENCE then pleaded the 5th. You cannot pick and choose to testify then not testify. How is she allowed to get away with that? She waived her rights by testifying. Even a novice such as myself figured this one out. Has Issa been blackmailed now too? Lerner should be charged with ‘abuse of power’ at a minimum and we taxpayers should not be PAYING HER WHILE ON LEAVE.

It’s worth the 5+ minutes to watch, Gowdy is terrific.

Statements a person makes under oath are subject to cross examination according to Trey Gowdy, he said you cannot assert the fifth and then present your side of the story.
