Defense attorney Don West quickly established that Jeantel was 18 at the time of the shooting not 16, that she had not been hospitalized, and that she was not Martins girlfriend. He also confirmed that she lied about the hospitalization under oath,
West walked Jeantel through the various stories she had been telling since first going public, emphasizing their discrepancies.
The most significant of those discrepancies was her claim in later interviews of having heard Martin yelling get off, get off once he dropped the phone after a physical exchange with Zimmerman.
West made a strong case that these later additions, like much of her story, was manufactured. Jeantels inability to keep her story straight reinforced that suggestion.
The fact that state prosecutors first interviewed Jeantel under oath at the home of Trayvon Martins mother, Sybrina Fulton, with Fulton sitting next to her on the couch did not reassure anyone that her testimony was freely given.
In a spectacularly un-coached moment, Jeantel explained that when Martin first saw Zimmerman eying him, he called Zimmerman a creepy a cracker.
It may have been Martin who was doing the racial profiling. When asked, Jeantel denied that the word cracker had a racist implication.
On day two West bored into Jeantels many inconsistencies in time, space and motive. Although West did not emphasize the states future problem at this stage, Jeantel confirmed that Martin had several minutes to return to the house where he was staying roughly 100 yards from the point where he started running but never went there.

ASBO???
She's probably a couple-a-rungs higher on the ladder than Sheila Jackson-Lee.
How many would like her as a neighbor?
Based on this one sentence, I would acquire the phone records of both numbers just to see if they were in fact talking at the time of the attack. The phone company has the record of the date, time and number called and whether it was out going or in coming. It is also painfully obvious that her responses were written for her and she can only repeat what they read. She can't expand on what they mean, in her own words.
WTF is boi????
I figure spelling “boy” is somewhat beyond her. Hey, she’s only 19!
The defense attorney completely misunderstood.
Well the “i” and the “y” are only two keys apart. She was close...
"Boi (plural: bois)"
Women will never be considered equal in professional environments if they are continually treated differently. The fact that the left (and I include Perino due to her beltway pedigree) constantly pulls the bullying card, the race card, etc, they are the ones perpetuating the gender and race issues. West would have treated a man, woman, white, black, Hispanic, Asian, homosexual or Indian the exact same way. It is the left that keeps dividing and differentiating.
File perjury charges against her and see what she ends up recanting...
No.
But she would make a good "Black Michelin Man" for Haiti or Africa.
Did you see that rubber tractor tire she is wearing around her neck?
Oh - wait....
THAT IS HER NECK !!!
LMAO!
19 going on 40.
That spelling is part of the new language of the twenty somethings, used by blacks and whites. I see it all the time.
Some of the supposedly most “educated” Americans, those who hold post graduate degrees, helped to elect the band of demons who now run this country. “Low information” is not the real problem, refusal to recognize reality is the problem. We have a strange phenomenon of people who have triple digit IQ numbers, some of them in the actual genius range, who steadfastly refuse to recognize what is going on in front of their faces. The way I express it now is that people must make a choice, you cannot praise the founders, praise all the great men and women of the nineteenth and early twentieth century and at the same time praise the demons who have taken over this country. If you believe what is going on now makes sense you are saying that your grandparents and all who preceded them were mentally deranged. It is one way or the other. I personally think my parents, grandparents and others before them were humans who made mistakes but I don’t think they were all nutcases.
One way or the other folks, one way or the other, it cannot be both ways. If you say we have a good president now you are saying George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and most of the others were all terrible presidents and you are calling Benjamin Franklin, a man who has often been listed as one of the greatest thinkers in history a fool. One way or the other. As for myself I am more amazed at the brilliance of the founders everyday. I will stop now before I really begin to rant.
boy
This defense is useless, maybe worse.
“This woman will obviously be a US Senator (D) someday.”
I fear more she’ll be socially promoted through a 4 year college and then be hired as a healthcare administrator for the Department of Health and Human Services at the regional office responsible for determining if I will be able to receive a life extending medical procedure.
In the "House of Representin'"
"Florida, What's Up?"
