Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

I think it was made pretty clear to those listening and comprehending.
It's probably one of the reasons they make those circles and plant those little flags like ball markers when they collect the brass from the crime scene ..... ha

The “Tell her I shot someone” comment is also defensible from a very basic standpoint.
He HAD just shot someone.
Zimmerman behaved about as well as could be expected. I wonder if people realize that if Zimmerman was crying and yelling “OMG no, I shot someone!” the prosecutor would be using that as a sign of guilt.
In fact Zimmerman said he was being beat up and shot the guy in self defense.
He’s not dead, just pining for the hood.

I have personally been on the recieving end of a ground and pound. I have trained BJJ for several years and that training helps if you need to get someone off of you that has “Mount” But! it is a different story when you are being pummeled in the face. You can stike back but it opened you up for more blows. An anyone NOT trained to defend that position normaly goes into panic mode. “

So wait, let me see if I understand this. This guy tells his wife NOT to get involved, it’s not their problem. He doesn’t engage with the HOA on any level, depends on 911 if there is a problem - YET, he runs out there and starts taking pictures?? What kind of person is this?
The civil right to beat someone up and face no consequences for that action. Especially the azz-crackas.

But I guess the prosecutor now wants to imply Z wasn’t beat up because Z was able to talk.
I wonder if this prosecutor is a bastard or really believes in this case. I mean come on, a murder charge against the guy on the bottom being beat up!
Yeah, that doesn’t look or sound good...and along with the tell her I shot someone comment, I think the defense needs to diffuse that even more.
Missed some...West rests. BDLR now re-directs. Getting Manalo to say Zimmerman was calm when he met him. Asks about Zimmerman saying what kind of gun, "9mm."
Manalo being asked if he saw anything of the fight, shooting. "No." BDLR rests.
West confers with O'Mara. Judge dismisses Manalo.

This judge is letting delaahole get away with all kinds of bull. Unfreakinbelievable.
So, Z was ‘calm’ in this guys OPINION, not sure how even could gage that as he was so buy taking pics!
