Today, June 28th, is DAY #15 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. [Yesterday] … it was simply not a very good day at all for the prosecution. The primary State witnesses today were Rachel Jeantel, Jenna Lauer, and Selma Mora.
The first had her credibility substantively destroyed, the second was powerfully–almost humiliatingly–co-opted by the defense, and the third provided testimony entirely consistent with the defense’s theory of lawful self-defense. (continue reading)

That picture brings to mind the cop with the hero complex Raimondo who was asked by the defense about the position of the deceased’s feet and because his answer would benefit Zimmerman he said he couldn’t remember. And yet here is a picture of those feet that he had to have seen a hundred times. He should be handed his walking papers.
Do you really have to become so offensive? I do have an idea of what I am talking about. In the state where I live a medical provider can not release or testify to the contents of medical records even under subpoena without written consent from the patient.

Since the defense has some of the best audio experts in the world on retainer, I wonder if they have sent their DeeDee audio tapes, deposition, and testimony to them for comparative voice analysis to determine if they are in fact all the same person.

Ok. 11pm news on WESH-2 TV analyst just said that the State would try to prove that the fact that Zimmerman had one in the Kel-Tec chamber as either “gross negligence” or “intent”.

Let me just add to my own post for anyone happening to lurk, if Zimmerman did NOT have one in the chamber he’d be dead. The position he found himself in with Martin beating the shit out of him, I doubt he would have been able to rack the slide.
Another good argument for carrying one in the chamber.
Without one in the pipe, its pretty much a paper weight...so mark me down with “intent” I guess.
