Jeb Bush, the chairman of the Constitution Center, will present the award to Clinton at a ceremony scheduled for Sept. 10.
Both Clinton and Bush are potential contenders in the 2016 presidential elections, for opposing parties. But in a statement, the GOP's Bush only accentuated the positive.
Former Secretary Clinton has dedicated her life to serving and engaging people across the world in democracy, said Bush, the Republican former Governor of Florida, son of a former president and brother of another. These efforts as a citizen, an activist, and a leader have earned Secretary Clinton this years Liberty Medal.
Tickets for the general public will be made available in August. Details will be released next month, a Constitution Center spokeswoman said.....

Wow, and GOPers will likely nominate him to run against Hildabeast. Maybe they can run as co-presidents on the No Party ticket.

Killary is getting a Liberty Medal? Blasphemy!
Are the families of the killed and injured from Ben Gazi invited to attend?

Beltway goons are no better than Hollyweird. Always giving themselves medals and awards to try and stay relevant to further steal from us.
I never watch nor attend any function where a politician or celebrity gets an award.

Of course there is just nobody else but Jeb to award Hildebeast a medal. :-)

A President is more than just Commander in Chief and Chief Executive of the nation, he is the titular head of his party and he must rule it. If Bush was willing to pander to the likes of Teddy Kennedy, what did Senator John McCain have to fear from him? Bush has utterly failed in his role as head wrangler of the Republican Party.
Well said. Unfortunately, I think the GOP leadership doesn't understand that they can't win without us Conservatives - I think they will simply move further to the left, because they think competing with Dems for the middle and lefties is the way to go, even though they will always lose that fight.

How can these people take themselves seriously? They create self-serving organizations and then award themselves prizes. What do the Clinton’s have on the Bushes?
