Lying witness, sure but in today's racially charged society, one doesn't dare call her a liar, which would surely have been done in earlier times.Well, she IS a liar. At least some of her lies have been 100% documented, on multiple occasions. At least some of her lies have been ADMITTED to by Ms. Jeantel herself.
So she's a liar. That's not name-calling. It's a documented, verified FACT.
Of course it is (she is a self-admitted liar) however, after catching a bit of a radio show discussing the issue, one talking-head referred the defense attorney as a "bully" and felt "the jury sided with her because of his insistence that she lied!"
Truth is the real victim here.
