Of course it is (she is a self-admitted liar) however, after catching a bit of a radio show discussing the issue, one talking-head referred the defense attorney as a "bully" and felt "the jury sided with her because of his insistence that she lied!"

I suppose it depends on the jury.

The defense attorney is doing the job he’s supposed to do. Right now, that’s challenge the prosecutor’s witnesses.

The talking head sounds like a DA to me.

And I don’t mean “district attorney.”
