The mandate dictates that full-time employees be offered insurance that is "affordable," defined as not more than 9.5 percent of an employee's household income. My employer provided gold plated insurance package (dental,glasses, medical) cost a bit over $20,000 a year.
I never grossed anything like 200K ??
